As Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Doug Wilson is the chief administrative officer for the District, and performs all duties and accepts all responsibility required of a superintendent as prescribed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the policies, rules and regulations established by the Governing Board of the Marana Unified School District #6. The Marana Unified School District is comprised of over 13,000 students and 1,900 employees. The District’s boundaries encompass 550 square miles, making it one of the largest districts in the state.
